Career Opportunities

Certified Riding Instructor

The Certified Riding Instructor leads horseback riding lessons for children and participants of all abilities, teaching skills with patience and adaptability while fostering confidence, safety, and joy in the saddle.

Equine & Facility Manager

The Equine & Facilities Manager oversees the care and well-being of our therapy horses while managing the facilities and systems that support Equestrian Bridges’ programs.

Internship Training

Our Internship Training Program provides hands-on experience in equine care, program support, and nonprofit operations, preparing interns with the skills and confidence to pursue careers in the equine industry.

Volunteer Manager

The Volunteer Manager leads, supports, and trains our volunteer community, ensuring volunteers are confident, prepared, and empowered to support Equestrian Bridges’ mission.
