Our instructors lead engaging riding, horsemanship, and equine-assisted programs while helping participants build confidence, skills, and meaningful connections with horses.

Volunteer Leadership

Help build a thriving volunteer community by leading recruitment, training, scheduling, and engagement for the volunteers who make our programs possible.

Internship Program

Our Internship Program provides hands-on experience in equine care, program support, and nonprofit operations, preparing interns with the skills and confidence to pursue careers in the equine industry.

Equine & Facility Manager

The Equine & Facilities Manager oversees the care and well-being of our therapy horses while managing the facilities and systems that support Equestrian Bridges’ programs.
