The Equestrian Bridges, Inc. team members bring a variety of skills and experiences to the program.

     • Volunteer Coordinator — Joy Medcalf

Shanna Meyers is a long-standing member of the NW Arkansas community. She has a passion to see the Equestrian Bridges Program help as many individuals as possible. Cindy Savage is currently working towards the completion of her Level 3 in the Parelli Natural Horsemanship program. Jimmy Savage is the Facilities Manager for the Equestrian Bridges program.

Other team members come from many disciplines. They include registered nurses, physical and occupational therapists, speech language therapists, and educators with an emphasis on special education. The selection process for team members consists of an interview, a working observation, reference checks, FBI and Criminal Background Checks, an introductory course in Natural Horsemanship basics and curriculum, and an introduction to the different special needs served by Equestrian Bridges, Inc.
